Mateusz Gąsior
Founder and President of the Management Board of Pella Capital, successor representing the second generation of owner-managers of the capital group, with over 10 years of experience serving on the boards of portfolio companies, both at the operational and strategic levels, and leading mergers and acquisitions.
At Pella Capital, he is responsible for creating investment policy, establishing contacts with potential business partners, and corporate governance via the supervisory boards of portfolio companies.
In private, he is passionate about economics and social sciences, as well as sports, including golf and diving.
Cezary Pyszkowski
Member of the Management Board of Pella Capital, a manager with many years of experience in running investment banking operations, as well as large international industrial groups.
At Pella Capital, responsible for co-creating investment policy, maintaining relationships with banks and advisors, and day-to-day management of the fund's structures; member of the supervisory boards of portfolio companies.
In private, he is a yachtmaster, diver, and fan of new technologies and management strategies.
